NASDAQ Dubai Academy will provide separate courses in corporate governance best practice and ways for companies to detect and prevent fraud, as it further expands its training output.–
The Corporate Governance Workshop on October 2, 2013, will cover topics including responsibilities of Directors and executives, transparency and disclosure, and how to build effective governance programmes.
The Fraud in Real Life course on October 3, 2013, will analyse different types of fraud, explain how anti-fraud mechanisms can be established and cover legal and regulatory obligations to fight fraud.
The trainers for both courses will be provided by Thomson Reuters. The sessions will be highly interactive and will feature case studies.
