Below is the Anti-Money Laundering Notice ( AML Notice ) referred to at Rule 2.19 of the Nasdaq Dubai Business Rules which sets out the anti-money laundering regime which Nasdaq Dubai requires its Members to comply with. Each Member must comply with the provisions of this AML Notice and any Circular issued under such AML Notice.
