With a background in economics, Ralph pursued a degree in Design at the Lebanese American University in Beirut followed by his higher education in England at the prestigious Coventry University School of Art and Design, a world-renowned academic hub for automotive design. After finishing top of his class with an Automotive Design Mdes Diploma, he proudly graduated with honors as the first Arab automotive designer. Currently holding the title of Founder & CEO, Debbas leads today W Motors Automotive based in Dubai UAE, the company is fully integrated with activities ranging from Automotive Design, Research & Development to Engineering and Manufacturing, as well as Automotive Consultancy within its Special Projects Division for advanced technology development and special purpose projects.
One of Ralph’s key achievements has been to develop throughout the years around W Motors an unparalleled nexus of leading global technical, production, sales and distribution partnerships – all focused on delivering to W Motors’ clients the most luxurious, exclusive, technologically advanced and road homologated vehicles available. The first hypercar created by W Motors was the iconic Lykan HyperSport, which catapulted the company to international stardom when it took centre stage as hero car in Universal Studios' Furious 7. Its latest hypercar launched is the Fenyr SuperSport, a limited edition production run of 110 models including 10 “Launch Editions”. Working alongside key international industry players, Ralph has also set-up W Motors’ automotive consultancy division, delivering complete turnkey mobility and technology solutions to private clients, OEMS and Governments; overseeing the entirety of the process from design through to development and manufacturing. Under this division, the company has created the world’s most advanced security vehicle, the Ghiath Beast Patrol for Dubai Police, the Model Seven, the first full electric MPV for Chinese OEM ICONIQ Motors and the MUSE Autonomous Vehicle, the first UAE made full autonomous car.

In line with Debbas’s vision, the company has launched the construction of its state-of-the-art automotive facility in Dubai UAE, which will be ready by 2021 and which will accommodate the production of all current and future models including electric and autonomous vehicles, totally in line with Dubai’s vision of becoming the “world’s smartest city”.
