Manrre Overview

Manrre is a Logistics Real Estate Fund (established as an Exempt Fund) for qualified investors. Established in compliance with the laws and rules of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The fund is managed by Dalma Capital, established in 2011 and an award-winning global alternative investment platform, fund manager and accelerator for alpha generation. Dalma Capital is licensed by the DFSA to carry on certain financial services including Managing a Collective Investment Fund. The firm is headquartered in the Dubai International Finance Centre.

Manrre’s stable, low risk strategy involves focusing on industrial, logistics and commercial assets, Manrre’s primary target market is the UAE. Its core investment objectives include generating a regular source of income for investors by way of a 8% annual coupon distributed quarterly. Manrre aims to raise capital as part of its strategy to acquire additional rent-yielding commercial assets. The company’s vision is to become the leading owner and developer of logistics and industrial real estate in the UAE market
